Mundubile ‘unleashes’ 45-strong poll squad

TONSE-Pamodzi Alliance presidential candidate Brian Mundubile has announced his national presidential campaign team and the secretariat in readiness for the August 13 presidential and general elections.
Mundubile has appointed 28 members to the campaign team and 17 to the secretariat to mount a formidable battle against the ruling United Party for National Development (UPND).
This is contained in a statement issued in according with articles 10 and 12 of the alliance’s constitution.
Chifumu Banda, the alliance’s first vice president and Forum for Democracy and Development (FDD) president, and Sakwiba Sikota, acting national chairman and United Liberal Party (ULP) president, are among the senior appointees.
Davis Chisopa will serve as campaign manager George Chisanga as presidential spokesperson, and Dr Chris Zumani Zimba as chief presidential advisor.
Mundubile said the team would provide campaign strategy, coordination, logistics and administrative support to alliance candidates and partners.
“God’s protection and love as we peacefully and courageously campaign for triumphant victory this August. One people, one purpose and one destiny!” he stated.
