BREAKING: ECL dies
FORMER Zambian President Edgar Chagwa Lungu has died in South Africa.
Close relatives and lawyers to former president Lungu confirmed the death to the Mast in telephone interviews.
The sources said Dr Lungu died this morning during a complicated procedure he under went at a Hospital in South Africa.
And Patriotic Front (PF) Chairman for Information and Publicity Emmanuel Mwamba has confirmed in statement.
