Don’t use positions to fix others – Kambwili
By Mast Reporter
FORMER information minister, Chishimba Kambwili has warned Zambians against using positions to fix others.
Commenting on the just ended Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) elections in Kabwe, where MUZA proprietor Keith Mweemba emerged victorious against Andrew Kamanga, Kambwili said leaders should not use their positions to disadvantage or fix one another.
“The just ended FAZ elections must teach all of us a lesson, that we should not use our positions to fix or disadvantage others. In bemba, we say, “musaluwalipesamba, ilelo alipamulu.”
Kambwili congratulated Keith Mweemba for winning the heavily contested elections, after getting 45 votes against Kamanga’s 20.
“Congratulations to Keith Mweemba, and thanks to Kamanga for the job done during his tenure as FAZ president. Let’s learn to love one another and treat each other well and fairly. Let love lead,” said Kambwili.
