By Martin Nkhoma

Adrian Kashala, a seasoned football administrator, has thrown his hat into the ring as a candidate for the presidency of the Football Association of Zambia (FAZ). Kashala’s candidacy is built on his promise to unite Zambian football, a goal that has eluded the country’s football governing body for years.

As a former general secretary of FAZ, Kashala has a deep understanding of the inner workings of the organization and the challenges it faces. His experience in football administration, combined with his passion for the sport, make him an ideal candidate to lead FAZ into a new era of unity and prosperity.

Kashala’s vision for Zambian football is centered around promoting unity and cooperation among stakeholders, including players, coaches, administrators, and fans. He believes that by working together, Zambian football can achieve greatness and become a force to reckon with on the African continent.

One of Kashala’s key strengths is his ability to bring people together and build consensus. As a former  secretary-general of FAZ, he played a crucial role in resolving conflicts and disputes within the organization. His leadership style is characterized by openness, transparency, and inclusivity, which has earned him the respect and admiration of his peers.

Kashala’s candidacy has generated a lot of excitement and interest among football fans and stakeholders in Zambia. Many believe that he has the vision, leadership skills, and experience to unite Zambian football and take it to the next level.

In a recent statement, Kashala emphasized the importance of unity and cooperation in achieving success in football. “We need to work together to achieve our goals,” he said. “We need to put aside our differences and focus on building a strong and united football community”.

As the FAZ presidential elections approach, Kashala’s message of unity and cooperation is resonating with many football fans and stakeholders in Zambia. His candidacy offers a beacon of hope for a brighter future for Zambian football, and many believe that he is the right person to lead the country’s football governing body into a new era of success and prosperity.
